HCA offers a variety of opportunities for students in Grades K5 through 6th grade to participate in athletics, with a focus on skill development, love and knowledge of the sport and sportsmanship.
Jr. Eagles Football and Jr. Eagles Cheer are open to HCA students in Grades 3 through 6. Jr. Eagles Football competes against other AISA schools. For Youth Cross Country, Youth Basketball and Youth Volleyball, HCA is a member of the Birmingham Regional Independent Athletic Association (BRIAA) and competes with other private schools from the Birmingham area. Youth Cross Country and Youth Basketball includes Grades K5 through 6th Grade, while Youth Volleyball includes grades 3 through 6.
